How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Tricotinho shipping times:
Your order will be dispatched within 48 business hours to the nearest CTT drop-off point via express delivery. Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a tracking code to monitor its progress via the email address provided at the time of purchase.
Carrier delivery times:
The delivery times for the product to the final destination will depend directly on each customer's location, whether they live in Portugal or another European Union country. After adding items to your cart, you can simulate shipping costs and times with all the relevant information.
Please note that the total delivery time for the product will always be 48 business hours + the carrier's delivery time.

How does the Exchange Policy work?
The customer may exchange the item within 14 days of order delivery, in accordance with Law 24/2014 of February 14.
The customer must contact our Customer Support Service, providing the order number and the item they wish to exchange, and follow the instructions provided.
The purchase must have been made through our website under the conditions of this policy.
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges, unless otherwise specified (e.g., product defect), will be borne by the customer.
In the case of an exchange due to size or model (and not due to a defect), the new order will only be dispatched after receipt and verification of the returned item (and any payment of the difference if the new item has a higher value).
In the case of a defective or incorrectly delivered product, the return/reshipment costs will be borne by us, and the exchange or refund will be made in accordance with article 6.
Please note that all products are checked before shipping to ensure no defective products are delivered.
Should this occur, please follow the instructions above, and the issue will be resolved.
Returns and Refunds?

🍼 Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of newborn clothing that show signs of use, stains, odors, or without original tags.
2. Return Costs
As per article 13 of Decree-Law 24/2014, unless otherwise agreed, the direct costs of returning the product are borne by the consumer.
If the product is defective or non-compliant, these costs will be covered by the store.
6. Exceptions
According to article 17 of Decree-Law 24/2014, the right of free resolution does not apply to:
- Products manufactured according to consumer specifications or personalised (e.g., clothing with embroidered names).
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed after delivery.
Refund
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Legal deadlines:
The refund must occur within a maximum of 14 days after notification of the return.
However, the store may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or until the consumer provides proof of dispatch (article 12, no. 3).
